Limitation of use
All Spinsplit electrospinning instruments are restricted to use by authorized personnel only. All operators of this instrument should be authorized by Spinsplit LLC. The company declines all responsibility for accidents caused by operators who are not authorized to use the device.
Working with high voltage
The units described above generate dangerous voltages and should only be operated by qualified personnel. The operating instructions must be followed carefully and if there are any doubts regarding the operation of the unit it is essential to contact Spinsplit LLC.
The high voltage module installed in the above unit meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive, (LVD), 73/23/EEC by complying with BSEN61010 and CE marked.
Never shortcut or modify anyhow the interlock safety system of the system.
Never touch emitters if the high voltage cable is connected. The cable must be disconnected every time when the emitter is touched or being changed.
Components in direct contact with high voltage units (such as external precursor tubings and syringes) may be subjected to electric charge accumulation and shall be handled with caution during high voltage operation due to potential electric discharge towards the operator.
If damage to the high voltage cable occurs, use of the appliance must be suspended immediately and Spinsplit must be notified.
The customer’s liability on the electrical network
Proper grounding of the spincube power module must be checked by an authorized electrician before the first use and then regularly according to the internal regulations of the user.
All system components must be connected to the same protecting earth terminal. Spinsplit LLC is not responsible for any system damage or personal injury caused by failing to connect the whole system with all its components to the earthing of the laboratory and ensuring a proper earthing and mains power connection!
Environmental conditions
Proper ventilation is essential for spincube instruments. Make sure that the instruments installation place meets the following environmental requirements:

Short time deviation from the above requirements may adversely affect the efficiency of the modules.
Long-time deviation from the above requirements may adversely affect the lifetime of mechanical and electrical components.
