Payments

spinsplit issues an electronic invoice. Customers shall transfer the amount within 30 days after the invoice issued via Bank wire transfer.

Delivery and Installation

The Customer shall be responsible for the cost of delivery and for the risk for the shipment of the Products to their premises. Delivery cost is indicated in the invoice in a separate line. The risk and responsibility for the goods shall be transferred to the Customer as soon as the Products are made available for delivery by spinsplit.

spinsplit delivers the Products via shipping services. Once the parcel is delivered from spinsplit premises, our sales team sends a tracking number for your convenience.

spinsplit sends a list of installation requirements for the Customer. The Customer shall make sure that the requirements are fulfilled by the time the goods are delivered and installed.

spinsplit‘s team will arrive to the Customer’s premises to install the systems. After the installation the system is tested and the Customer is then trained for the fundamental operation of the instrument.

Warranty and Returns

spinsplit warrants the Products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this period, spinsplit shall repair or replace any defective Products without charge. The customer shall always use and maintain the Products according to their up to date Users Manual. Up to date manuals are available at spinsplit’s website.

Yes, the standard warranty can be extended to 24 months. Please ask for this option when placing an order.

Claims for discrepancies in the Products or quantities shall be made by the Customer directly to spinsplit within three days of receipt of the Products. The Customer may return the products on their own cost and responsibility within three days of receipt of the Products. Return of customised systems is only possible if the Products fail to fulfill the specified parameters.

Support

Please contact spinsplit support, who will answer within one working day. After the identification of the problem, the support team will make sure to repair your system as soon as possible. After the warranty period the Customer is responsible for shipping the defective parts to spinsplit premises for repairs. Within the warranty period spinsplit reinburses the costs related to shippings.
