Installing the Spincube Syringe Pump

The first time installation of spincube pump module

To install spincube pump instrument:

1. Connect the power cord
   • For models sold in 2024 or sooner: Plug in the 12 V AC adapter in the 230 VAC wall plug, plug in the adapter cord into spincube pump’s DC inlet.
   • For models sold in 2025 or later: Plug in the mains power cord in the 230 VAC wall plug.
2. Plug in the USB cable to USB connector for spincube pump module (F18).
3. (Only applies to models sold in 2024 or earlier) Connect the protection earth cable to the spincube Power module (see details here)
4. Turn on the Power Switch (F20) on the back plane of the Instrument.
5. After the beep alarm the instrument is ready to use.

To load a syringe

1. Lift up the spring-loaded syringe clamp.
2. Place the syringe into the designated cavity and release the syringe clamp gently.
3. While pressing the lock-release button, slide the pusher block until it reaches the syringe.

To remove the syringe

1. While pressing the lock-release button, slide the pusher block to the left.
2. Lift up the syringe clamp.
3. Remove the syringe and gently release the clamp.
